Preparation
Grate the coconut. You can use dessicated coconut too.

Dry roast grated coconut in a pan for 2 minutes and set aside.
In the same pan add jaggery and water and boil for 5 minutes till it reaches syrup like consistency. You can strain this syrup if your jaggery has any impurities.
Once this syrup is ready add the roasted coconut, mix well and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add roasted peanuts and mix well.
Serve hot or warm.

- You can substitute peanuts with bengal gram dal.
- You can also add brown sugar in place of jaggery.
