Ingredients
- Finger millet flour – 1 cup
- Bengal gram flour – 2tbsp
- Butter – 3 tbsp
- Drumstick leaves – 1 cup
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp ( can increase if needed)
- Salt – as per taste
- Water – for kneading
Cooking Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a wide bowl and mix everything together.
- Sprinkle little water and mix thoroughly.
- The dough should hold shape and crumbly in texture.
- Heat a pan and add oil for deep frying.
- Drop small portions of dough in smoking hot oil.
- Cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove the pakoras once the bubbles subside and drain on a kitchen towel.
- Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
